 What happens if my EA quits? 

Your Human Resource Team will step in to source you a new executive assistant at no additional cost in this unlikely situation. They will facilitate all the necesary steps, such as what to do next like how it's done through onboarding or facilitating existing staff members with transitioning over into new roles if needed.

 How do I know I’m ready for a EA? 

As a business owner, it's important to spend your time wisely. If you find that you're spending more time on tasks that could be delegated, it may be time to hire a Executive Assistant.  How do I know my EA is working? 

We have a backend system that monitors your EAs keystrokes and mouse movements to ensure you are getting the best out of your investment. We also take random screenshots to ensure your EA is on task.

 What kind of resources do I have as a client? 

Aside from getting an elite Executive Assistant, you will also get a Project Manager that oversee your campaign to make sure that your EA is doing what they are supposed to do. We're also your Human Resource team that keeps track of your time to see how it is being used. We also get in between you and your EA in case things arises so you will not be in that awkward situation.

 What happens if I have unused hours? 

If your VA didn't work for the day, nothing will be counted against your hours.

 How do I contact my EA? 

We have the Client Lounge with your personal break out room that your EA works from. Your EA is available during your working hours.

 How will you protect my privacy and data security? 

Your privacy is our top priority. We have a contract in place with the HR team that ensures confidentiality and non-disclosure of your sensitive information, so we won't use it for any other tasks besides those assigned to us by you or share what's been told about yourself without permission first! To protect yourself even more we recommend LastPass; that's the only way able to access all those important files and sites without giving them your passwords.

 Do I have to sign a long term contract? 

This is the best part! You can cancel anytime after your initial commitment with two weeks written notice.

 What happens if I am unhappy with my EA? 

Should something happen to your executive assistant, we will source you a new one at no additional cost. The Project Manager will step in not to do the virtual assistant’s work but to aid in sourcing a new EA and helping with any emergencies that may come up such as pulling the trigger on an email campaign that needs to be launched and monitored while we’re searching for a new EA.
